Services

Motor Milestones Pediatric Therapy offers Skilled Therapy Services and Early Childhood Special Education Services provided by licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists as well as Early Childhood Special Educators. Motor Milestones Therapists and Educators promote optimal achievement of functional goals by using the most effective therapeutic techniques, equipment, and training indicated by current research in the field of medicine.  Our Therapists have advanced degrees in their fields and always strive to use the most effective techniques, including NeuroDevelopmental Techniques (NDT), Sensory Integration (SI) , development of Cognitive Skills, and Oral Motor and Feeding Techniques – all in the friendliest and most personal way that we are recognized for throughout the Denver Metro area.

Physical Therapy helps people accomplish independence with functional mobility, including walking, standing, endurance, and balance skills.  Physical Therapists order and fit appropriate assistive devices for standing, walking, transfers, and bathing.

Occupational Therapy helps with independence with dressing, eating, and bathing, as well as improving fine motor, sensory integration, and cognitive skills.  Occupational Therapists recommend appropriate splints and other adaptive devices to help achieve optimal independence in activities of daily living.

Speech Therapy helps improve cognition, communication, and attention, as well as treatments to assist with safe feeding and swallowing. Speech Therapists recommend proper oral motor, feeding, and other equipment such as augmentative communication and other assistive technology to help with optimal independence.

Early Childhood Special Education provide intensive and comprehensive child development and family support services to help families build a strong foundation for learning and prepare children for later school success.

Motor Milestones services offers individual and group treatments to meet the needs of each client.  Our individual treatments are personalized sessions that usually take place in the client’s home or daycare setting.  Our goal is to focus on the best therapeutic techniques and education to help each client meet their individual goals.  Group treatments are intended for a larger number of clients in order to provide quality treatments while providing children and adults the opportunity for socialization and structure that will benefit them most.  We offer group treatments in recreation centers and in the group home setting.
