Lauren is from Long Island, NY where she received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Touro University. She completed her undergraduate degree at East Carolina University receiving her bachelors in Recreational Therapy. Lauren is also certified in adaptive skiing for all individuals with developmental disabilities. She spent some time doing adaptive skiing in Big Bear, CA, and wanted to carry on her journey in the mountains once she graduated, so Lauren made the move to Colorado to continue her love for the outdoors.  Lauren always had a special passion for working with children, especially infants and toddlers. She really enjoys supporting caregivers and families and providing any education/strategies so that all family members can achieve an optimal quality of life and thrive every day! Outside of work, Lauren enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through hiking, snowboarding, and exercising. She also love to camp in the summertime and spending all her time with friends and family
